How the Course Works
This Postpartum Yoga Workshop includes 30 live sessions over 30 days, conducted through Google Meet.
After registration, your session schedule will be arranged with your instructor based on your time zone and comfort level as a new mother.
Sessions are gentle, flexible, and designed to fit your daily routine with your baby.
Timing of Sessions
Session timings are flexible and personalized for each participant.
After registration, you will connect with your instructor to finalize your schedule.
For EST and IST, sessions will be guided by Moni
For MT, PST, CDT, and Atlantic Time, sessions will be guided by Pallavi
Course Overview
This Postpartum Yoga program is specially created to support mothers after childbirth with safe and gentle movements.
The sessions include:
Light stretching
Breathing techniques
Pelvic floor strengthening
Core recovery exercises
Relaxation and meditation
These practices help reduce body pain, improve posture, increase energy levels, and support emotional well-being.
The course is suitable for mothers after normal delivery or C-section (with doctor approval).
All sessions are live and guided by certified yoga instructors trained in Rishikesh, India.

Week 1: Gentle Recovery & Breath Awareness
Introduction to postpartum healing movements
Basic breathing techniques for relaxation
Light stretches for neck, shoulders, and back
Body awareness and rest practices
Week 2: Core & Pelvic Floor Strength
Safe pelvic floor strengthening exercises
Gentle core activation movements

Week 3: Flexibility & Energy Support
Stretching hips, spine, and shoulders
Exercises to reduce back pain
Relaxation techniques for stress relief
Guided meditation for emotional balance
Week 4: Strength & Inner Balance
Advanced breathing practices (gentle level)
Improved posture and stability exercises
Mind relaxation and body awareness
Meditation for confidence and calmness
