I am hooked to it . Initially I joined canada yoga studio only because they were offering a yoga class at a time that matched with just when I wanted . Early morning 5:45 am singapore time and 4 days a week . Jackpot !!!! I couldn’t find a early morning online class in singapore itself . I wanted to join just to give my body a little movement . But soon I realised my body was very stiff even for gentle movements . After 2-3 classes I realised how well i had started to breathe . Before yoga i was shallow breathing even if tried to take deep breath it wouldn’t last very long. After i joined canada yoga my body is very conscious . Thanks to all the yoga and pranayama we do during our classes . And believe me this brings the major shift .
