How the course works
There will be 30 live sessions (via Google Meet) for 30 days when you join this workshop.
Timing of sessions
This live consultation depends on the time zones of the clients. Canada Yoga Studio has flexible time durations for each day workshops, which you can discuss with the assigned yogis on the first day or just before enrolment. Therefore, the first date and time will be scheduled after the booking has been made.
Please note that for EST and IST time zones, Moni will be the instructor and the rest like MT, PST, CDT, and Atlantic Time zone, Pallavi will be the instructor.
Course information
In this course, you will have Hatha and Ashtanga yoga flow workshop along with a holistic approach of adding meditation and pranayama practices to your daily life at no additional cost. In this workshop, you will learn a variety of asanas in detail in categories like standing, sitting, back bending, balancing, hip opening with the basic sun salutations and flow of asanas. In addition, you will learn various relaxation and calming techniques.

Curriculum
- Introduction to basic Hatha and Ashtanga flow
- Introduction to basic pranayama and meditation practices
2nd week:
- Introduction to strength building and balancing asanas
- Learning pranayama and meditation practices for a calm and balanced life
3rd week:
- Hip opening, Vinyasa flow
- Om chanting, concentration, and stress relieving practices
4th week:
- Deepening the knowledge and asana practices of back bending and sun salutations
- Extensive learning of pranayama practices for better awareness and various mindful practices through meditation
