How the course works
Required online tool: You will need a reliable internet connection and Google Meet to participate in the live sessions.
There will be five live sessions spread over five days, each one hour long.
Timing of sessions
With this online course, you can go to your office or work from home or enjoy the vacation and still enjoy the benefits of this amazing retreat. This live consultation depends on the time zones of the clients. Canada yoga studio has flexible time durations for each-day workshops, which you can discuss with the assigned yogis on the first day or just before enrolment. Therefore, the first date and time will be scheduled after the booking has been made.
Timezones available for IST, MT, PST, and EST. The exact timing will be discussed with the students.
Course information
- Day 1: Abdominal breathing, pranayama practices along with an introduction to meditation
- Day 2: Box Breathing relaxing techniques along with guided meditation
- Day 3: Pranayama practices to improve lungs and mental conditions like anxiety and depression.
- Day 4: Trataka meditation (please get a candle or an oil / ghee diya (lamp) for the session)
- Day 5: Advance pranayama practices followed by meditation
