Program 

​​How the Program Works
Required Tools:
You’ll need a stable internet connection and Google Meet to participate in the live sessions. All sessions are conducted online in real-time, offering a fully immersive and interactive experience. The program includes five live sessions spread across five days, with each session lasting approximately 60 minutes.

Session Timings
This online course is designed to be flexible and accessible — whether you're working, traveling, or simply at home. Session timings are customized to suit participants from different regions. After booking, your first session will be scheduled based on your preferred time zone in consultation with your instructor.

Bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. Optional props like blocks, straps, or cushions can be used to support your practice, but they aren’t required.
