SPIRIT PEAK
RETREAT
A one-day mountain journey from movement to stillness
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Meet yourself at the summit
A welcoming mountain retreat for first-timers, lifelong practitioners, friends, couples, and solo guests.
One day. Many ways to arrive.
Spirit Peak brings together energizing yoga, silent walking, expert conversation, nourishing food, resonant sound, and joyful movement. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the wild beauty of Banff.
What the retreat feels like.
A glimpse into the stillness, sound, care, and connection that shape the journey.
Rise into presence
The day begins with grounding, purposeful movement, good conversation, and the quiet intelligence of the trail.
The Welcome Threshold
Arrive, check in, settle your belongings, and meet the community over a gentle opening welcome.
Mountain Fire Flow
A balanced Hatha and Ashtanga-inspired practice blending steady alignment, breath-led movement, strength, and mindful options for different bodies.
The Gathering Table
A nourishing sattvic breakfast with relaxed networking - an easy space to meet new people without forced introductions.
Trail of Quiet
A guided walking meditation outdoors: soften your pace, open the senses, and experience the landscape without needing to fill the silence.
From Survival to Safety
A trauma-informed talk exploring how stress can live in the body and how awareness, compassion, and simple grounding practices can support healing.
Soften, listen, celebrate
The afternoon moves from nourishment and insight into deep rest, then closes with music, movement, and human connection.
The Long Table
A thoughtfully prepared sattvic lunch with unhurried conversation. Share a meal, exchange stories, or enjoy a quieter seat - connection has many forms.
The Inner Map
A revealing journey through the body's hidden architecture and ancient inner intelligence - where structure, energy, and individual constitution meet. Expect a surprise that may transform how you understand your body.
Resonance at the Peak
An immersive sound-healing journey designed for deep rest. Lie down, receive the vibrations, and let the nervous system settle.
Free Spirit Social
An uplifting closing hour of global rhythms, expressive movement, and playful connection. Dance freely, sway gently, or simply enjoy the music - no choreography, no judgment.
Think warm energy, colourful details, joyful music, and a room where strangers become familiar. Movement is optional; belonging is not.
