How the Course Works
This Prenatal Yoga Workshop consists of 30 live sessions over 30 days, conducted through Google Meet. As soon as you book your spot, your schedule will be set in consultation with the instructor to accommodate your time zone and personal comfort.
Timing of Sessions
The class timings are flexible and tailored to each participant’s location and daily schedule. Once you register, you'll have a discussion with the assigned instructor to finalize the session times. For EST and IST time zones, sessions will be conducted by Moni. For MT, PST, CDT, and Atlantic Time, Pallavi will be your instructor.
Course Overview
This specially curated Prenatal Yoga course is designed for expecting mothers to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout pregnancy. This workshop combines gentle Hatha yoga postures, meditation, and pranayama (breathing techniques) that are safe and beneficial during all trimesters. The sessions also include relaxation techniques, mindful movement, and stress reduction practices that prepare the body and mind for childbirth and promote better rest and emotional balance. Our aim is to help you connect deeply with your body and baby while maintaining strength, flexibility, and inner calm throughout your pregnancy journey. All classes are live and interactive, guided by certified instructors trained in Rishikesh, India, known as the yoga capital of the world.
Curriculum
Week 1: Gentle Foundations
Introduction to safe and effective prenatal yoga postures Breathing techniques for calming the mind and body Awareness-building meditation for connecting with the baby.
Week 2: Strength & Stability
Yoga for improving posture and relieving lower back pain Gentle core strengthening and pelvic floor support Visualization techniques and positive affirmations.
Week 3: Flow & Flexibility
Hip-opening sequences for preparing the body for labor Guided meditations and chants for emotional wellness Relaxation and body scan practices.
Week 4: Deepening Practice
Breathing for labor and pain management Final posture refinement for all trimesters Bonding with the baby through guided meditations Mindfulness techniques for motherhood transition Whether you're working, resting at home, or on vacation, these sessions are structured to adapt to your lifestyle, offering a nurturing and supportive environment for both you and your growing baby.
