Pallavi is the founder and lead trainer at Canada Yoga studio, brings a unique blend of corporate experience and deep yogic wisdom to her teaching. Drawing from over a decade in the corporate sector, she deeply understands the demands and stresses of modern professional life. This insight allows her to tailor yoga programs specifically to address the needs of individuals navigating the corporate world, mental wellness, stress management, and overall health. Specializing in a variety of yoga methodologies including Hatha, Ashtanga, pranayama and meditation, Pallavi also offers expertise in prenatal yoga and sound healing, providing holistic support to her students.

Moni is a highly skilled and passionate yoga instructor with a lifelong dedication to the practice. From an early age, she immersed herself in the world of yoga, which led her to pursue formal education in the field. She completed her graduation in yoga and further honed her expertise through advanced training in Rishikesh, India—renowned as a global hub for yoga.

Moni's practice is deeply rooted in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, where she has developed an extensive understanding of flexibility, strength, and mobility. Her teaching methodology is characterized by a comprehensive approach, integrating her profound knowledge of these practices to guide students toward their full potential.
