​Pallavi brings together years of corporate experience and deep-rooted yogic wisdom to offer a holistic approach to well-being.
Specializing in Hatha, Ashtanga, pranayama, meditation, prenatal yoga, and sound healing, her teachings are both diverse and deeply restorative.
She understands the pressures of modern life and designs her sessions to relieve stress and restore inner balance.
Her unique blend of practices promotes mental clarity, emotional resilience, and physical vitality.
Whether in a workplace setting or personal space, Pallavi’s presence is grounding and nurturing.

​What I share through kundalini is a space devoted to remembrance of the body, the breath, the spirit + the wisdom that already lives within. Through Kundalini + intentional practice, I guide others back to their life force, their truth + their innate capacity to heal.

​My intention is to create experiences that awaken energy, soften what has been held + reconnect people to themselves in a deeper, more sacred way. What you’ll experience is not just movement or breathwork, but a return to presence, to power + to the medicine within.
