How the course works
There will be 15 live sessions for 15 days when you join this workshop. If possible, please get your yoga blocks for better assistance.
Timing of sessions
This live consultation depends on the time zones of the clients. Canada Yoga Studio has flexible time durations for each-day workshops, which you can discuss with the assigned yogis on the first day or just before enrolment. Therefore, the first date and time will be scheduled after the booking has been made
Please note that for EST and IST time zones, Moni will be the instructor, and for the rest like MT, PST, CDT, and Atlantic Time zones, Pallavi will be the instructor.

- Day 4: Meticulously stretching your tight hips A
- Day 5: Forward fold sequence B
- Day 6: Hand balancing sequence B
- Day 7: Hip opening sequence B
- Day 8: Invigorating the body and mind
- Day 9: Introduction to splits
- Day 10: Awareness to release your Psoas muscles
- Day 11: Hand balancing sequence C
- Day 12: Levelling up into the advance arm balances
- Day 13: Stretching for the splits
- Day 14: Linking the fold with the breathing
- Day 15: Ending the retreat with your favorite peak pose
