Timing of sessions
This live consultation depends on the time zones of the clients. Canada Yoga Studio has flexible time durations for each-day workshops, which you can discuss with the assigned yogis on the first day or just before enrolment. Therefore, the first date and time will be scheduled after the booking has been made.
Course information
This workshop will help yogis looking to have great control over their breath, and mind, and build strength with grace. You shall look at the theories behind creating Ashtanga-based practices so you can feel confident in the process and see the benefits of what you are doing!
Learn Ashtanga practices at a steady and dynamic pace. Modification and variations will be offered to more challenging postures to support, however you have to show up on your mat!
