​​How the Kids’ Yoga Program Works

What You’ll Need:
All you need is a good internet connection and Google Meet to join our live classes. Every class happens online in real-time, so you can stretch, move, and have fun right from your home! The program has five exciting yoga sessions over five days, and each class lasts about 60 minutes.

Session Timings
Our kids’ yoga sessions are planned to fit into your day easily — whether you’re busy with school, playtime, or family activities. After you sign up, we’ll arrange your first session at a time that works best for you and your time zone, so you can join in comfortably. ​​​​

​Our Online Kids Yoga Program combines movement, mindfulness, and creativity to give children the tools they need to thrive—both physically and mentally. Conducted live via secure video sessions, these classes allow kids to interact with our friendly instructors and fellow young yogis, right from the comfort of home.

Frequently asked questions

Our classes are designed for children aged 4–12 years. We divide sessions into smaller age groups—4–6 years, 7–9 years, and 10–12 years—so that activities, pace, and teaching style are perfectly suited to their developmental stage.

Not at all! Our Kids Yoga program is beginner-friendly. Each class is tailored to your child’s ability, and our instructors guide them step-by-step through every pose and activity in a safe, encouraging way.

All you need is: A yoga mat or soft, non-slippery surface Comfortable clothing for movement A water bottle nearby Everything else—like fun props or music—is provided virtually by our instructors during the class.

We use interactive activities such as storytelling, music, breathing games, and visual demonstrations. Classes are kept small so each child can interact directly with the instructor, receive personal feedback, and feel involved throughout the session.

Yes! All live sessions are recorded, and you’ll have access to the replay for 7 days after each class. This way, your child can catch up or revisit their favorite sessions anytime.
