How the Course Works
This Hatha Yoga Workshop consists of 30 live sessions over 30 days, conducted via Google Meet. Once you book your spot, your schedule will be set in coordination with the instructor to match your time zone and personal availability.
Timing of Sessions
Session timings are flexible and personalized for each participant based on their location and lifestyle. After registration, you’ll consult with your assigned instructor to finalize the schedule.

Curriculum
Week 1: Foundation & Breath Awareness Introduction to basic Hatha Yoga postures Breath awareness and beginner pranayama techniques Body alignment and grounding practices
Week 2: Building Strength & Focus Strength-building sequences for core and legs Breath-movement synchronization (asana + pranayama) Meditation for mental clarity and emotional balance
Week 3: Flexibility & Energy Flow Deep stretching for hips, spine, and shoulders Chakra-based energy alignment through movement Guided meditations and relaxation techniques
Week 4: Integration & Inner Stillness Advanced breathwork (like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari) Asana refinement and posture hold for focus Meditation, mantra, and introspective journaling
