How the Sound Healing Yoga Program Works
What You’ll Need:

To join our soothing sound healing yoga sessions, you just need a stable internet connection and Google Meet. All classes are held live online, allowing you to fully relax and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations from the comfort of your own space. The program includes five calming sessions over five days, with each session lasting about 60 minutes.

Our sound healing yoga sessions are designed to fit easily into your routine — whether you’re unwinding after work, starting your day with peace, or seeking balance anytime. Once you book, your first session will be scheduled according to your preferred time zone, in consultation with your instructor. ​​​​
